The builder connects reported earnings, proposed addbacks, closing timing, synergies, and purchase funding. Separate lines show how each assumption changes the result. Examples use fictional data.

Your model inputs and browser storage
The builder calculates locally in your browser. The application does not send your financial inputs to a server. If you choose “Save in this browser,” the assumptions stay in this site’s local browser storage until you delete the saved case or clear site data. Anyone using that browser profile may be able to load the saved case.
CSV exports and case backups contain your assumptions, calculated results, and any reference case you have set. CSV exports also include the sensitivity calculations. Restoring a backup loads its assumptions and reference case, then recalculates the results in your browser. A reference stays in the current tab unless you save the case or download a backup. Your browser handles downloads and printing. The hosting provider processes ordinary web requests to serve the site; this builder does not require an account. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance. Model inputs are not included in the application’s analytics events.
